Here are a couple of my top tips to help you stay fit and healthy over the coming winter period.
1) Try to substitute tea, coffee and hot chocolate for green, chia, mint or camomile tea. Much less caffeine and calories. Some teas may even increase metabolism and in turn help to burn fat.
2) How to stop your chicken breast drying out. Butterfly your chicken breast so it’s thinner. Rub a tiny amount of oil into it and season with whichever herbs and spices you like. Grill and turn every couple of mins. Don’t overcook it. This will stop it drying out.
