Just a quick post today and a subject I get asked a lot about. Snacks/snacking. What can I snack on? Should i be snacking? The answer is yes! Snacking between meals is great to keep the metabolism going, but make sure you’re nibbling on the right things. Nuts, seeds, oatcakes, chopped veg e.g carrots, celery, peppers etc are all great for munching on to keep your energy stores up until that next meal.
Get snacking and fuel your body with the right nibbles!
