Hey guys,

Just a quick blog today about supplements. People often ask me how do i stop the DOM’s or muscle soreness after training? My answer is always Branched chain amino acids (BCAA) supplements (tablet or powder).

BCAA can enhance performance, strength, growth, repair and most of all reduce fatigue after those tiring workouts.
So give them a go today and see if you feel the difference.

There’s a lot that can be done in one day, and a many of us fill that time with negativity and by dwelling on the bad. You’ve got 2 main choices when it comes to your thought process. Positive vibes OR negative vibes. If you’re constantly riding a negative train of thought, you may as well get a season ticket, coz you ain’t ever getting off! I’m not saying this is easy, but when you catch yourself stepping on the N train, try to make a conscious effort to twist your thoughts around to a positive. Do this on a daily basis and soon you’ll change your bad habits into good ones, and you’ll be riding that P train FREE. OF. CHARGE👊🏼

WORKOUT 1 – ARMS

Here is your first workout of the week. For each exercise I have given the easy version and then the harder version. Give this a go in a circuit format. Let me know how you get on.

Press ups – 10 reps

Shoulder press – 10 reps

Tricep push ups – 10 reps

Step ups – 20 reps

REPEAT 3-5 times
