About Ben Coleman Fitness

My name is Ben Coleman, I’m 29 and I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. I offer mobile personal, group training, nutritional advice and bootcamps to clients across Surrey & London.

I studied Fitness and Personal Training B.A (Hon) at Southampton university and specialise in: weight loss, strength, hypertrophy (muscle building), fitness rehabilitation, Injury prevention, older adults, kettle bells, boxing, core stability, TRX, postural analysis, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, toning, nutrition and many more up to date forms of training.

Ben has been a successful personal trainer for eight years, with a dedicated specialism in core stability training.

His passion for fitness and sport developed from an early age, with most of his time spent participating in athletics club, gymnastics, trampoline club and playing basketball as the captain of the school team.
