Hi guys,

Just a quick post today and a subject I get asked a lot about. Snacks/snacking. What can I snack on? Should i be snacking? The answer is yes! Snacking between meals is great to keep the metabolism going, but make sure you’re nibbling on the right things. Nuts, seeds, oatcakes, chopped veg e.g carrots, celery, peppers etc are all great for munching on to keep your energy stores up until that next meal.

Get snacking and fuel your body with the right nibbles!

If you’re looking to boost your metabolic rate this summer and want something to help shift those extra lbs before your holiday then try some green tea!

Green tea, along with amazing antioxidant properties, has the ability to increase your metabolism and help speed up the rate in which your body burns calories!

To gain these benefits you do need 6+ cups per day but it also counts as your water intake too. So go green for summer and enjoy a nice refreshing mug of goodness!

If you really don’t enjoy the taste never fear. Green tea extract can be consumed in capsule form too. So there is no excuse.
