Ben Coleman Fitness provides company and corporate personal training, which serves as investment in both the health and wellbeing of your employees and your company’s future ‐ I can help you ensure that both are healthy, happy and well-balanced.

I offer corporate fitness classes from small businesses to major corporations such as Sky and Haymarket Publishing (See images). I run fitness classes from circuit training and Tabata, to boxing & kettlebell classes. If your staff need to get into shape or just need a boost of morale, a short fitness class before work, on their lunch break or once the working day is finished, is a great way to keep them happy.

Each week he leads staff members through a tough, high intensity session of pad work, skipping and bodyweight exercises. With class days varying on a weekly basis- subject to the weather and/ or availability of the studio spaces provided- he’s had to be both flexible and well organised.

As many regular attendees will concur, Ben is a highly motivational and creative teacher. If you’re slacking, he lets you know about it; if you’re struggling with an exercise, he suggests a suitable alternative. Keeping the routines fresh, he works in new and exciting techniques as often as he can.

In the 6 months that Ben has been running classes I’ve never had to pull him up on his punctuality- he’s always on time! In the instances where he’s been on leave, he’s managed my expectations with the utmost professionalism.

Recently, I made a decision to increase the class length from 35 to 45 minutes- as a look to working in more stretching and ab work. The thinking behind this was to draw in a wider of audience in search of holistic training as well boxercise. Ben has revamped the class fantastically, again proving himself a Personal Trainer of the most versatile kind.”
